Beautiful new resort and property in Ensenada

Northern Baja's most exclusive resort is 20 miles south of Rosarito,
24 miles north of Ensenada, one hour south of San Diego, 5 minutes
north of Bajamar. 3 Bdr, 2.5 bath, family room, living room, 2 car
garage, in a gate guarded community with pool, jacuzzi right on the
ocean, and two tennis courts. Fireplace in living room, one king in
first bedroom, another king in second, and two twins in the third
bdr, suitable for six adults. No pets and no smoking are allowed.
House is one block from the beach. Six miles south is Bajamar golf
course, a 27 hole championship golf course on the ocean, Mexico's
Pebble Beach. 25 minutes to Mexico's finest wineries. Great fishing
off the rocks or rent a skiff at the beach. Surfing, snorkeling,

Master bedroom: King size bed, nightstands, two large dressers, one with mirror, area
rugs from Oaxaca, lamps, walk-in closet, full bath with tub.

Second bedroom: King size bed, lamp, full size dresser, large closet shared bath with third
bedroom.

Third bedroom: Two twin beds, nightstand, dresser with mirror, large closet, shared bath
with second bedroom.

Upstairs bathroom: Lavatory, separate toilet and shower.

Miscellaneous: Two car garage, laundry room with full washer/dryer plus lavatory, outside
deck with lavatory, gas BBQ, patio furniture with 6 chairs, canopy, front and back yard with
nice views of ocean.

Note: We do not allow sleeping on the sofas in the living or family rooms!!

The Resort has:

service.

7 minute walk north of the house, in La Mision beach, or a 5 minute walk south of the
house you have:

minute drive north.

Wineries: Several outstanding wineries in the Valle de Guadalupe, 20 minute drive
southeast of the house.

Restaurants: Several gourmet and casual restaurants from Rosarito to Ensenada,
great lobster at Puerto Nuevo (10 minute drive north), La Fonda (5 minute drive
north), and Cafe El Rey Sol, gourmet French food in Ensenada (20 minute drive
south)

and attractions (20 minute drive north)

May - September: $1300
October - April: $950
Holiday weeks:
Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, New Year's: $1400
All weekly rentals require a $75 cleaning fee
To reserve, a $100 deposit is required. This deposit is refundable if cancelled three months before
your arrival date.
All rentals require a security deposit of $500, which is refunded the day of departure if there is
no damage or loss to the property or to the resort.
Full payment (rental fee balance, security deposit and cleaning fee) is required 3 days before your
arrival date.
