Weeks are available in July as well as the whole month ...There is nothing left in August...Labor Day weekend is also available.... Fantastic beach house in exclusive Hither Hills area of Montauk...Recently renovated with brand new kitchen; granite countertop..... quality new appliances / brand new bathroom downstairs and new flooring.......Very large living /dining area with sliding glass doors to outside decks... There are 3 bedrooms downstairs..2 queens and 1 single bed pull-out in a large combination TV room...The master bedroom is upstairs with a king bed...There is also a queen bed that pulls out from the leather sectional sofa in living room...I DO NOT RENT TO ANYONE UNDER 30...The fireplace is not functioning properly therefore it is not to be used ..THERE IS A 3 NIGHT MINIMUM AFTER APRIL 1st
House also features a new 55 inch LED TV...There is also a television with cable downstairs in a large room with a single pull-out bed and leather sectional sofa and access to deck on lower level...... Upstairs Outdoor deck has teak furniture with umbrella

There is a gas grill along with a standard BBQ
The house is supplied with plenty of beach chairs and towels as well as linens for the beds
There are 2 decks,,the main deck is upstairs which spills out from the living room with teak furniture(seats many) and BBQ...the downstairs deck is connected to the 2 rooms that face the back of the house
Laundry room with washer/dryer/iron...The house is about 2 miles from LIRR..Guerney's is about 1 mile west and it's around 1 mile east to town

Great fishing, hiking, golf, boating, restaurants along with some of the best beaches in the country...Less than 3 miles to Ditch Plains(great surfing) and about 6 miles to lighthouse..
