St Maarten ocean front 2 Bedroom 3 1/2 Bathroom suite

The suite extends from the front to the back of the building guaranteeing spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea.

Bedrooms have a king and  queen beds, air conditioned, ceiling fan, closets, private balcony, Internet and One of the bedrooms has a flat screen TV. A full bathroom with travertine countertop, a shower/whirlpool tub combination in the master, shower with jets in the guest bedroom and hair dryer. Living room sofa pulls out into a queen bed. Bath and beach towels are provided for your convenience. We own one Cots at no charge, There are cribs  available at an additional charge.

The over-sized living and dining both have travertine floors, full panoramic Caribbean Sea views and access to a private balcony with furnishing for relaxing or dining. Powder room/Bath room. They air conditioned, with fans, flat screen TV, Internet, and Fax.

Kitchen includes fully equipped kitchens with granite top counters, stainless steel KitchenAid appliances including double door refrigerator, micro-wave and oven combo, electric cook top, lighted hood, garbage disposal and garbage compactor, double toaster, multi-purpose coffee machine, blender and all necessary utensils for preparing a gourmet meal.

There is a separate laundry room with a stackable washer and dryer, laundry tub, iron and ironing board.

Restrictions

No pets without prior written consent. Building is smoke free – no smoking in suites.

There are four elevators in the building which service a maximum of two suites per floor to ensure privacy.

Pool and Beach Access

The Cliff is located directly on The Cliffs of Cupecoy beach with only a few steps to navigate down to the pristine white sand and calm sapphire waters of the Caribbean Sea.

The large sculptured pool (children friendly) is completely glass tiled. The pool is situated directly above the ocean and enjoys the panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea, Saba, St. Eustatius (Statia) and St. Kitts and the Caribbean sunsets. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are provided for your relaxing pleasure. Our lush landscaping and tropical gardens complete the circle.

 Surrounded by magnificent beaches, a golf course, sailing, fishing, scuba diving, wind surfing, fantastic dining & night life, day trips to Anguilla or St. Barts.

Philipsburg is famous for its duty-free shopping, St Maarten/St Martin being the only truly duty and tax free island in the Caribbean.

The infamous Cliffhanger Beach Bar is half way down the stairs between The Cliff and Cupecoy beach (decisions, decisions!), serving drinks and food throughout the day. Swim on the beach, relax by the pool, or stay in and watch TV in air-conditioned comfort. The choice is yours!

Right across the road from The Cliff we have some of the finest restaurants on the island like, Temptation (nouveau Caribbean), Rare (steak), Le Montmartre (Parisian brasserie), La Gondola (Italian) as well as Atlantis Casino and the infamous Cliffhanger Beach Bar (half way down the stairs to the beach)

Activities:
Do the round the island Rhino Safari. Race wet bikes at La Samanna. Zip-line through the tree tops at Lotterie Farm. Spend endless days sailing, or go on snorkeling expeditions. Explore ship-wrecks. Spend a day in St. Barts or Anguilla. Rent a Harley. Play golf. Do nothing.

Night Life:
Cheri's Bar and Tantra are in Maho, walking (staggering) distance away is Bliss a major dance venue. There is the Red Piano in Simpson Bay or go for live music, a bonfire and great drinks on Friar's Beach. There are also nine casinos open 24/7.
