Ocean View Beach House located in the Hammocks in Palm Coast

Large open living room which offers plenty of space for kicking back and relaxing. This home also offers a  spacious modern kitchen designed for the most elaborate chefs, or the simple cooks. Our house overlooks Washington State Park and the Atlantic Ocean with beautiful views of both. Relax to the waves crashing on the shore, while you enjoy a cool cocktail, as you sit on the huge wrap around deck. Read a book as you're calmed by the ocean breeze . Have a family barbeque, serve dinner ,and enjoy the serenity of the surroundings. . We are only steps away from putting your toes in the sand.  If you like a slower paced vacation, then look no further.

House has a large master suite with bath. Walkin in shower, Jacuzzi tub, plenty of closet space. 3 other bedrooms, 2 of which are attached to jack and jill bathroom. Upstairs there is a loft with TV and futon for extra sleeping space. The view is awesome, look out over Washington State Gardens Park and the Ocean.

House is located on a dead end street so you have no traffic or visitors. Private beach access is 400' from the house at end of street. Yes, you can see the ocean and hear it. The beach is great for the kids, nice waves, sand bars, tidal pools for the little ones. If you dare, venture out further and try surfing. Lots of family fun. We have a few beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for all to use.

The main living area offers  a large open floor plan, living room, dining area and kitchen.  Plenty of room for a large family get together. The kitchen comes complete with all the amenities to cook a gourmet meal. Plenty of space for everyone to hang out in the kitchen while you're preparing meals. Lots of cabinet space, large frig, micro/ wall oven all new. We leave the kitchen full of goodies so you don't have to worry about bringing all the little things to cook or prepare meals. We want you to feel as if you are at HOME. There's a outdoor grill for your use as well.

There's an outside shower so you can rinse off before you hit the deck to relax and kick back. 

 There is plenty of sleeping space.  All bedrooms have queen size beds. The house sleeps 8 comfortably, there is also a full size futon in loft and a queen size pull out couch in living area for additional sleeping space, up to 4 additional. The price posted is for 8. If there are more that 8 in your party price will be adjusted to the size of group.

Laundry room has a full washer and dryer.

Bring your fishing poles and enjoy some great surf fishing!   If you are a boater, then you will like the the county boat ramp only a few miles to the south, which also offers a fishing dock on the river as well. 

Want some fresh veggies and goodies?  Then you will appreciate the Fantastic Farmer's Market on Friday mornings, just south, approx 10 minutes at Flagler Beach Pier Park.

Satellite TV and wireless internet and satelite radio docking or antenna are available so you can stay in touch with the rest of the world, but I have to tell you, once you start to unwind and realize the peace and quiet ,you won’t want to be using the internet or TV. You’ll actually enjoy the quiet!

This  season we had plenty of turtle nests, right in front of the house! We also have great shelling along the beach as well. 

If you want a relaxing vacation, away from the everyday routine, then you will enjoy every minute of this area. Traffic? Not here! The only time we see cars on A1A is bike week, or Daytona 500.

If you like star gazing, turn off the lights and you will enjoy sitting on the deck and watching shooting stars, the space station and other satellites in our beautiful night sky; Awesome sights!

Eating out is part of everyone's vacation , but if you want to stay and cook, our kitchen provides you all those essentials that you may need and really don't want to bring or buy. Such as ketchup, mustard, mayo, salt, pepper, spices, oil, flour suger etc.

Bedding and linens are provided, we just ask that these are not used for the beach, Please bring your own beach towels.

St Augustine is 20 minutes up A1A , so you can explore the charm of the city, or head to Daytona, 45 minutes south. Orlando, Disney, Seaworld and surrounding parks are only a short. 1 hour 15 minutes away,  so there is plenty to do. Marineland is just up the road 15 minutes as well. Great fishing and shelling on our prestine, semi-private beach. If golf is your pleasure , then you will enjoy Palm Coast's private and public golf courses.
