Vacation Rental Description

This is a luxury condominium/villa at Villa LaEstancia. Located on 
Medano Beach, the only safe swimming beach in the area. Villa 
La Estancia is operated as a five-star condominium resort. All the 
benefits of a resort with the luxury of a private home.

The villa has two bedrooms and three full baths. The bedrooms are 
very large. The baths are all marble with granite countertops. The 
masterbath has a whirlpool tub. There is also a full kitchen with 
all appliances, breakfast bar, and a laundry room with washer, dryer 
and sink. There is a beautiful view of the ocean from the huge 
balcony. The balcony has ceiling fans and a wetbar with refigerator.

ceiling fan, Fitness Center on Site, Full Service Concierge Service,

Vacation Rental Rates

My rates include housekeeping and all taxes.

The following rates are for the 2 BR, 3 bath Villa: 

January 5th / April 30th - $3,500 per week or $500 per night
May 1 - August 19 - $3,150 per week or $450 per night
August 20th / December 18th - $2,800 per week or $400 per night

Rates are higher for the weeks of 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Spring Break and 
Easter.
