It's close to everything, but just far enough away to be so peaceful. 3 bedroom/2 full baths. 1,200 square feet. This is a one-of-a-kind, designer furnished condo with private terrace and wonderful view. It has 2 bedrooms that sleeps 4 people. The 3rd bedroom has been converted into a relaxing and inviting den with TV, VCR, wall unit, overstuffed leather chairs and ottomans. Condo is filled with wonderful decorative items and very comfortable furniture that we are always updating. The apartment was designed for comfort and relaxation and furnished with excellent taste. No detail has been overlooked. Has many extras that you might not expect. Condo overlooks gardens and the clubhouse. It's one of the most private units in the gated complex. Southeast exposure. Great view, bright, airy, luxurious. Pictures do not do it justice. Dining area with table and 4 chairs. Kitchen with breakfast bar/counter with 3 bar stools. Vaulted ceiling in living room. Central air-conditioning as well as ceiling fans in the living room, guest bedroom, den and master bedroom. Firm, top quality mattresses. Master bedroom-King size bed. Guest bedroom-queen size bed. Two, 35-inch, Sony stereo televisions. One TV is in the den and the other TV is in the living room. Condo has VCR. Cable. Telephone. Generous supply of designer towels, bedding and linens provided. The kitchen has everything you could want or need should you wish to eat at home rather than go out to one of the many wonderful Vero Beach restaurants nearby. Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave oven, disposal, dishwasher, coffee maker, full size refrigerator, ice-maker, an abundance of cooking utensils, new Farberware pots and pans, dishes, glassware, flatware and serving dishes. Separate, private, laundry room inside the condo with full size washer/dryer. Vacuum, dust-buster, mop and broom. Spotlessly clean and immaculately kept.
