This is a one-of-a-kind, designer furnished condo with private
terrace and a unique and wonderful view.
It has 2 bedrooms that sleeps 4 people.

The 3rd bedroom has been converted into a relaxing and inviting den
with TV, VCR, wall unit, overstuffed leather chairs and ottomans.
Condo is filled with wonderful decorative items and very comfortable
furniture that we are always updating. The apartment was designed for
comfort and relaxation and furnished with excellent taste.

No detail has been overlooked.
Has many extras that you might not expect.
Condo overlooks a lush garden and the clubhouse. It's one of the most
private units in the gated complex. Southeast exposure.

The kitchen has everything you could want or need should you wish to
eat at home rather than go out to one of the many wonderful Vero
Beach restaurants nearby. Kitchen is fully equipped with stove,
microwave oven, disposal, dishwasher, coffee maker, full size
refrigerator, ice-maker, an abundance of cooking utensils,
new Farberware pots and pans, dishes, glassware, flatware and serving
dishes.
Separate, private, laundry room inside the condo with full size
washer/dryer.
Vacuum, dust-buster, mop and broom.
Spotlessly clean and immaculately kept.
(Arrangements for weekly maid service can be scheduled)
