Master bedroom with King size bed,opens to screened-in patio, California closet, large walk in open shower. 2nd bedroom is a convertible den/bedroom w/closet and full bath with double pull out bed. 24 inch tile floors on the diagonal. Granite kitchen,white contemporary high glaze cabinets, Newly remodeled bathrooms. Fully Furnished. Tranquil settting, right off the golf course. Only a small lake separates you from the course. Rent includes electric, basic cable. New renovation. Small dog may be permitted. Full size washer and dryer. There are 2 TV's, one in the living room and one in the Master bedroom. Deer Creek Golf Club is surrounded by a stunning, no membership required, Championship Golf course, that you can find on the Interent. Restaurants abound in the area, Boca Mall is a short distance. Fort Lauderdale's Galleria Mall is 20 minutes away. Beach is 3 miles. Fort Lauderdale International Airport is about 30 minutes. Port Everglades for weekend cruises to the Bahamas, is 30 minutes. Seminole Hard Rock Casino and Hotel is a few mins away, offering top Las Vegas style shows, and 5 star restaurants. Isle Casino Racing Pompano Park, minutes away. Smoke free gambling.

The Villa is offered from October through to June. Off season (May and June) prices would be less. There is a $100 application fee from the Association. Mandatory.
