We are within walking distance to the community 4200 square foot clubhouse and a zero-entry pool! 

We are 1/2 mile from Tablerock Lake and a public boat launch, 10 minutes from Branson, 8 miles to the new Branson airport, and 11 miles to Silver Dollar City on the back route away from traffic.  You will be close enough to all the major attractions but away from all the hustle and bustle.

Jan 1 - Feb 28                $275 a night (2 night minimum); $1800 weekly rate 

March 1 - April 30           $375 a night (2 night minimum); $2300 weekly rate

May 1 - Sept 15              $475 a night (3 night minimum); $2900 weekly rate

Sept 16 - Dec 31             $375 a night (2 night minimum); $2300 weekly rate

Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas add $50 a night and requires a 3 night minimum.

A $250 security deposit is required and is refunded upon departure with no damages.  There is a $185 cleaning fee.  Sorry, no smoking or pets are allowed.  Price includes state & local tax.
