Private dock, two kayaks, two canoes, water skiing, tubing , large inflated pull tube, swimming raft, horseshoes, Large deck with chairs,Totally furnished, w/ sheets towels, etc. Electric and water included. All knotty pine. DVD player and library of DVDs.Campfire location with benches for evening campfires. No pets.No smoking. Sebec Lake is the cleanest lake in Maine. Access to entire lake in Power boat available as requested.  Owners live next door. Sleeps six comfortably--Mom and Dad and four kids. Couch in living room for one more. Apartment is second floor of large three stall garage used for winter storage,  Like new. Antique and newer furniture. Lobsters available in Dover-Foxcroft. Yes, we have a Weber charcoal grill. A no smoking environment.
