**WEEKLY RENTAL IS 6 NIGHTS**

- Separate security deposit $300 required
- Dates confirmed with 50% total rental fee (rental + $125 cleaning fee) due 60 DAYS prior to   arrival
- Balance due 30 days prior to  arrival;

- Cancellation: 60 days prior to arrival receive 50% of deposit plus all of security deposit. / Less than 30 days prior to arrival - NO REFUND
