It is a 90 minute drive to majestic Sedona or forested Payson; 4.5 hours to the Grand Canyon.

The Master bedroom has a luxurious, romantic, King sized Serta Pillow Top canopy bed with a down comforter, an Armoire with a 40” LCD TV and a Blue Ray DVD player.  There’s a spacious walk-in closet with a giant dresser, many shelves and cloths racks, and a Roman Tub with Water Jet Massage for your relaxation. The guest bedroom has a Full bed, spacious closet, oak shelving, and a 3/4 bath is adjacent.

The Den has entertainment with Cox cable, a 40” LCD TV, Blue Ray player, VHS tape Player, a Sony receiver with 500 watt surround sound 5.1 speakers, cozy, comfortable seating, a library of VHS movie tapes and some movie DVDs. There is a desk supplied with paper and supplies with a wireless HP printer for our guest’s convenience. Throughout there is high-speed WIFI, and a Linksys E2000 dual band router with 4 Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 ports. There are 4 portable phones, and Cable TV, High Speed internet, and telephone are included in the rental charge.

Security Deposit of $300 for damaged or missing items; Cleaning Fee $150.

Cancellations 90 days before = no penalty; less than 90 days 100% penalty.
