The master bedroom is furnished with a King size bedroom set with a dresser and night stands, and the second bedroom has a queen size bed and a dresser.  There are walk in clossets in both bedrooms. There is a jaccuzi tub in the master bathroom. The living room has a leather couch and a matching love seat with a qeen size pull out bed.  There are a 50" plasma TV, a Blu-ray Disc Player, Cable service, wireless Internet service, cordless telephone with free long distance calls within the continental USA (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).  The kitchen is fully furnished with all appliances and all essential cookware and dishware.  There is a washer and a dryer in a separate laundry room off the kitchen. The completely private large patio is furnished with full patio furniture and is completely screened with a sliding window for a clearer view of the wetlands and the breath taking glorious sunsets.

Oceanwalk is about an hour from the Orlando area attractions of Disney World, Universal Studios and SeaWorld; about 20 minutes from Daytona Beach and the famous Daytona Speedway; 45 minutes from Kennedy space center; an hour from the historic St Augustine.  Downtown New Smyrna Beach is only few minutes away and you will find many fine restaurants and boutique and antique stores.  There is a mile long boardwalk/ nature trail in the gorgeous wetland adjacent to the property.  

May - August $700 per week and $2000 per month, September - December $650 per week and $2200/month, January - April $ 800 per week and $2400 per month.
