Manistee River large cabin with 250+ feet on the River! With a large wrap around covered porch. Fly fish right out your front door!! DON'TMISS THE FALL COLORS!!! Two bedrooms upstairs: one w/queen bed & 1 w/double bed and twin size roll away, one downstairs w/two sets bunkbeds, upstairs living room w/wood burning fireplace, dining room, kitchen w/dinette and two full baths (one upstairs and one down). Downstairs: family room area, bedroom, full laundry area, extra refrigerator, wood burning fireplace and all the toys for indoor fun: poker table, pool table, ping pong, bar & darts! And, there's plenty of firewood & room for parking! Just bring your clothes, toiletries, food, beverages and, of course, your rods & reels! Kitchen has dishes, pots & pans & there's bedding & linens.

The Manistee River, of course, with a staircase down to your private dock. You can fish from the dock or go for a swim! Covered wrap around porch to sit and listen/watch the river go by!There's also a "Finnish" style sauna to relax in after a hard day of fun! Two outdoor firepits, barbeque & picnic table. There is a covered porch that runs along the end of the cabin with plenty of sitting & entertaining room where you can watch "the river flow by".

Fly fishing, kayaking, canoeing out your front door!!! Two famous rivers, the Manistee & AuSable, where you can canoe, kayak, swim or fish! Lake Margrethe - a 1,900 acre all-sport lake, State Park with camping and boat landing, miles of groomed snowmobile and ATV trails & large parking lots, downhill and cross country skiing at Hanson Hills, miles of off-road & casual bicycling trails at Hanson Hills and all the way from town to Hartwick Pines State Park where there is a logging museum, hiking trails, chapel, small lakes, camping & cross country skiing by lantern! Historic Wellington Farm Park and Grayling Fish Hatchery where you can feed trout in the raceways or catch your dinner! Grayling Army Airfield is a public/military use airport one mile from town. Home of the world famous 121-mile AuSable Canoe Marathon held the last full weekend in July.

TO HOLD ANY RENTAL, WE REQUIRE ONE HALF OF THE TOTAL RENTAL PRICE AT TIME RESERVATION MADE. (IF WE ARE ABLE TO RE-RENT THE CABIN DURING ANY PORTION OF YOUR RESERVED TIME PERIOD, THAT AMOUNT WILL ALSO BE REFUNDED).
