on the 2nd floor. Garden and partial ocean view from a 38 ft.  
private balcony accessible from the living and both bedrooms will  
make your vacation a memorable one and keep you coming back year  
after year.

are managed (and maintained) by me personally, assuring you of a

Ahhh the weather, The average temperature is 77.8 degrees, making  
  Key West the warmest city (average temperature) in the United     
  states. It has never been below 41 or above 98 degrees. Ahhh   
  paradise. 
 
. Just steps to Smathers beach, the largest public beach in Key West.

. 0--2 miles = Scuba diving, snorkeling , sailing, jetsking,          
  parasailing, boat / kayak rentals, deep sea fishing - every  
  water sport you can imagine. 
. 0--2 miles = Sunset / starlight cruses. 
. 2 miles = 18 hole champion golf course. 
. 1--2 miles = moped or bicycle rentals. 
. 1--2 miles = airplane / seaplane tours. 
. 0--  miles = lazing away the entire day. (it's perfectly  
  respectable here in Key West)

Vacation Rental Rates

** Based on up to 4 guests (Maximum OF 5) 
** No children under 5 
** Surcharge of $100 per week ($15 night) per quest over 4  
** Minimum 5 nights stay in winter and special events, 4 nights in  
   summer. 
** Must begin or end saty on a Saturday if you are staying less than  
   7 nights  
** Discounts for 7 nights or longer. 
** All rates are + tax 
** $90 cleaning fee for less than a 6 night stay 
** Must be 25 or older to rent this property  
 
  
$245.00 per night off season, discount: 7 nights = $1544.00  
        or approximately $220.00 per night 
        (September --- October) 
 
$265.00 per night mid season, disount: 7 nights = $1669.50 
        or approximately $238.50 per night 
        (November --- 1st 2 weeks of December)  
             and     
        (May -- August) 
 
$375.00 per night in season, disount: 7 nights = $2362.50 
        or approximately $337.50 per night 
        (Last 2 weeks of December -- April) 
 
$405.00 per night special events - discount: 7 nights = $2520.00  
        or approximately $360.00 per night 
        (Fantasy Fest week, Christmas week, New Years week)
