• RENTAL IS 100% PRE-PAID as follows:
• 50% Deposit is Required To Confirm a Reservation. 
• 50% Balance Payment must be received 14 days prior to your arrival date or before. 
• Security Deposit: $ 500. Due on Reservation.  Refundable upon unit check-out inspection.
• Cleaning Fee: $ 80
• FORMS OF PAYMENT are limited to: Check, Cashier's Check or Money Order. NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED.
