This new condo has never been lived in full time. It has been recently furnished with beautiful modern furniture, four plasma TV’s, Direct TV, wireless internet, an full office, bunk beds, steam shower, full length balcony with panoramic views of Lake Las Vegas, and so much more.

The master suite offers amazing views through full length glass sliding doors, two walk in closets, oversized bathtub and a steam shower with rainhead and standard showerhead and brand new modern furniture. The secondary master is well appointed with views, TV, DVD player and private bathroom. The third bedroom sleeps up to four with bunk beds and a pull-out trundle bed – perfect for adults or kids. The office has golf course views, wired and wireless internet connection, desk and a daybed for extra sleeping space. The kitchen is fully furnished with new professional stainless appliances, wine cooler, coffee maker, blender, toaster and all necessary kitchen items. The great room is the gathering area in the spacious home, offering new leather sectional, dining area, 50” plasma TV, and of course panoramic views of the entire Lake Las Vegas. The home also offers a large walk out balcony with outdoor furniture and an attached garage.
