in the desirable village area of the island.  It has a screened  
private heated swimming pool with spa, and a jacuzzi in one of the  
baths.  The lush tropical landscaping offers a private setting for  
this cottage that has been referred to as "cute as a button." 
 
Captiva Cutie is a very short stroll to either the white sandy beach 
or the lovely village area with a wide array of shops and  
restaurants.  We have decorated the home in a fun tropical and beach  
theme including Mexican tile and wall to wall carpeting....with your  
comfort in mind! 
 
We kept the charm of this special villa with our updates. (sleeps 2- 
8) 
 
Captiva Cutie is located on Laika Lane, a quiet private road in the 
classic village area.    Golf and tennis are nearby on Sanibel  
Island.   
 
You have found the perfect spot for your dream vacation, romantic  
get away, family vacation or honeymoon!
