in the desirable village area of the island. It has a screened
private heated swimming pool with spa, and a jacuzzi in one of the
baths. The lush tropical landscaping offers a private setting for
this cottage that has been referred to as "cute as a button."
Captiva Cutie is a very short stroll to either the white sandy beach
or the lovely village area with a wide array of shops and
restaurants. We have decorated the home in a fun tropical and beach
theme including Mexican tile and wall to wall carpeting....with your
comfort in mind!

classic village area. Golf and tennis are nearby on Sanibel
Island.
