Beautiful Beachfront Condo - Loggerhead Cay in Sanibel Island

Wonderful gulf beach views greet you from this third floor
condominium at beautifully manicured Loggerhead Cay. The large,
heated pool is also in sight from our screened-in lanai, and tennis
courts are nearby. Enjoy the view of the beach and the gulf from the
livingroom sofa. View sunrise over breakfast in the kitchen or
sunset from the lanai in this beautiful, bright, and airy top-floor
condo. This condo is on a corner and the lanai is screened on two
sides offering stunning views. Additionally, the vaulted ceilings
and overhead skylights make the condo feel open and spacious. Don't
worry about being on the top floor. There is an elevator to move
your luggage and groceries up to your condo.
Sleeping
The master bedroom has a king bed, and looks out onto the lanai.
There are two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a queen-size
sofabed in the living room. Capacity is 6 people.
Electronics
High speed internet (WIFI), two TVs with cable, VCRs & DVD players, VHS tapes
and DVDs, books and games available.
Food
Many restaurants are within a short walk or drive, and a fully
functional kitchen is available for those who prefer to eat in.
There are two tiki bars within a short beach walk in either
direction where you can grab a quick lunch and other refreshments on
the beach.
Extras
In addition to the linens and towels, we also provide beach towels,
beach chairs and an assortment of beach toys so you can pack lightly.
Pets
We welcome pets, however we are limited to those of 25lbs or under
due to condo association rules. A non-refundable fee applies. Call
for details.
This is a non-smoking condo.

Condo amenities include: air conditioning, high speed internet,
phone, 2 TVs w/ cable, VCRs & DVDs, VHS tapes, DVDs, Books, Games, a
CD player, Puzzles, Washer & Dryer, full Kitchen, microwave,
dishwasher, refrigerator, disposal, cooking utensils, linens and
towels. Beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys are also provided.
Complex amenities include: Large pool, tennis courts, BBQ Grills and
shuffle board courts.

Training, you are a short drive from the training grounds of the
Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins.
