Fall....(SEP 16- NOV 15)...$225/Night...$1400/Week..Minimum 2 Nights

Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years weeks $350/NT (MIN 3 NTS), $300 
Sec. Dep. plus 50% rental due at booking.  Balance due 30 days prior 
to rental plus $90 cleaning fee.  Cancelation:  30 days prior 
receive 50% of dep., plus all of sec. dep.  Less than 30 days prior 
no refund.  Check-in 4PM / Check-out 10AM
