Vacation Rental Description

The uncrowded white sandy beach consists of seven miles of beautiful 
North Carolina coast and is accessible by a private walkway from the 
property. Lifeguards are on duty during peak season and hours. Enjoy 
walking the beach, shelling, swimming, surfing, or just relaxing on 
the beach. 

There is so much to do at Carolina Beach. A fantastic new North 
Carolina Aquarium is at the south end of the island next to historic 
Fort Fisher. Daily programs include divers who swim with sharks and 
rays and a touching pond for the kids. Just north of our condo is 
the marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset 
cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals. 

Carolina Beach has festivals throughout the year, a movie theater, 
as well as fishing piers and the boardwalk. A short walk out your 
door will bring you to a variety of Carolina Beach's best 
restaurants.

The historic port city of Wilmington, located 17 miles away, plays 
host to various special events. One is the North Carolina Azalea 
festival in April featuring live musical and theater performances, 
garden and historic home tours, outdoor activities, food and crafts. 
During the summer outdoor activities are scheduled along the 
Wilmington riverfront. The North Carolina Battleship Museum and 
riverfront cruises are in Wilmington. The historic riverfront 
downtown has brick streets, waterfront restaurants, loads of antique 
shops, horse-drawn carriage rides, and fantastic restaurants.

A ferry boat makes the half hour trip to the quaint town of 
Southport. Cars or Bicycles may be taken onto the ferry that goes 
from Ft. Fisher to Southport, both great places to visit.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Queen size bed. Queen size sleeper couch. Twin size bunk in hall 
alcove. Full kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, 
blender, toaster, all cookware and utensils. Two TV's and a DVD/VCR 
player. Hi-speed wireless.

Activities and Attractions

Fantastic location! Walk to local eatery's and nightlife. Sit on 
balcony to enjoy Thursday night fireworks just three blocks north 
during the summer and walk to the park for Sunday night family 
outdoor movies. The dolphin are usually in close to shore to enjoy 
during your morning coffee on the balcony.
