Adorable 1925 bungalow, one block from the sand, has been updated with central heat and air, all new windows, new bath, new kitchen cabinets and carpet. Off street parking for three cars. Smoking outside only. One bedroom has a queen size bed. Second bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds that are rated for adults up to 250 pounds. Two queen size pull out sofas in the living room. Living room has a big screen TV. There is a 19" TV in the bedroom with the queen bed. HD cable TV with WiFi provided. Nice courtyard area. Washer and dryer in garage, along with bar-b-que grill and storage for beach toys.

Galley kitchen with eat in area includes microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, toaster, blender, garbage disposal, dishes and silverware. Bikes, gas grill and washer/dryer in garage. Ironing board, iron, vaccuum, blender, one alarm clock/radio, stereo system and linens provided. Outside shower to rinse off from the beach.

One block to the sandy white beach. Walking distance to John's Pass Village, trolley car stop, restaurants and shops. John's Pass Village has lots of shops, boat rentals, fishing and dolphin trips, restaurants and bars, many with live entertainment nightly. About a 35 minute drive to Tampa International Airport. Busch Gardens is about a 45 minute drive.
