bedroom contains a queen size bed with T.V and VCR, third bedroom
has two queen size beds and T.V.
Family room has sleeper sofa for additional sleeping.
This condo is located on desirable Thomas Drive, within minutes to
fine dining, golf courses, shopping, all the area activities,
without fighting the traffic.
Pets okay with owners permission.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Pelican walk has two pools, one seasonally heated. A glass enclosed
hottub with tropical flair, indoor racquetball court, tennis courts
and game room with pool tables, video games and lounge.
Vacation Rental Rates
March 1-April 9th $1750 per week.
April 9th-May 14th Special Only $995 a week plus Tax!!!
Summer rates $1850 per week, Saturday to Saturday rental only
Add 10% tax and a $75 cleaning fee to all rental rates.
Must be at least 25 years old to rent, and must stay the entire
length of rental period. No Exceptions.
