This large 5 bedroom home is located just minutes from the lake, casinos and Heavenly Ski Resort. Very nicely appointed with a contemporary decor, a large dining room, a gourmet kitchen and a large hot tub it is perfect for that family and friends gathering. There is a nice deck for enjoying the mountain peak views and a three car garage and expansive driveway for plenty of off street parking. The house is on a nice knoll above the street, providing additional privacy.

Off season rates would be closer to minimum, holidays would be closer to maximum. Call or email for specific dates and availability.
Additionally, there is a $180 cleaning fee and we require either damage insurance or a $500 refundable security deposit. Damage insurance is a flat fee of $75 for $3,000 in coverage with no deductible.
If you elect to provide a security deposit, the security deposit will be refunded no later than two weeks after departure (normally this would be processed within a couple of days of departure) assuming there is no damage beyond normal wear and tear.
