Waterfront condo with peaceful views of the Intercoastal. Private Gulf beach access directly across the street. Second level floor makes taking the elevator an option not a necessity. View the water and the boats on the intercoastal over the tops of the mangroves. Nature lovers will enjoy the birds, dolphins, manatee and other sea life from the balcony which looks right out on the water. Other amenities include heated pool, jacuzzi, outdoor grill near the pool and fishing pier.
