December-April $4000-$5000/month, $1200-$1800/week

May-November $3000-$4000/month, $800-$1200/week

 

$500 deposit that will be returned the same day you depart if no damage. (If you do not depart at a reasonable time your deposit will be returned within 4 days)

Pets are welcome!! (Max 2 dogs, non refundable fee of $50 per pet and stay.)

My husband, two kids, and inlaws were invited to a wedding in Jupiter so we looked around for the best deal. This condo was much better than any hotel could have even been. It was very clean and the owner Amanda was awesome! We even left a few items and the owner was very helpful to get them back to us. We discovered the pool had a covered outdoor kitchen area with a fridge for our lunches. There was even a TV with cable and a stocked library of books you can borrow by the pool(came in handy during the Florida summer afternoon rain). This is a great place to take a family yet priced right for a couples getaway. We highly reccommend this place!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Excellent unit

Amanda was very easy to work with and provided an excellent unit, as advertised. The furnishings were comfortable and having 3 bathrooms was a luxury as my family of five was getting ready for a wedding.

My wife and I made use of the exercise trail nearly every morning and the walk to the beach was very short. Having the Publix nearby was also very handy.

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing

We just had the best week at this condo. Very clean, great location. We walked the 1.25 mile walking trail which is right outside the door, frequented the pool and walked a few 100 yds. to the beach and even went to see a movie at the theater down the street. The grocery store is within walking distance as well as lots of places to eat -I HIGHLY recommend the Food Shack we ate there a few times and they even catered the wedding that we attended - Very delicious food and very friendly staff. Guanabanas is a place you don't want to miss and also the Square Grouper. This condo is definitley a place I would love to return to, Amanda was very helpful and easy to work with. Hope to come back soon.
