We are only 2 min. from BONATI Clinic.  

Also available is a new waterfront custom home located on Josie Lane in Hudson Beach. Fully furnished with everything you need for the seasonal stay. Home includes an elevator for those days when you don't feel like walking up the stairs. Very nicely furnished 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 3 car garage. No pool on this one. The seasonal rate is $2,250 per month, includes all utilities. A truly great deal!

 High Season

(November 15 to April 15): 1-2 person occupancy is $800 per week/$2250 per month
Note: During High Season we generally prefer to rent a full month, but sometimes can make alternate arrangements for shorter stays.

Off Season

(April 15 to Nov. 15): 1-2 person occupancy $700 USD per
week/$1800 per month.

Rates are based on 2 person occupancy. Each additional person is $50
per person, per week extra.
Pet Fee: There is a $25 per pet cleaning fee per month.
Damage deposit of $500 is REFUNDABLE after your rental if no damage.
Cable, Internet, electric, Washer & Dryer and other Utilities included.
