Monthly Rental Only (4 Consecutive Weeks Minimum} Assoc. rules
High Season - January through April $4,000 - $6,000 per month
Low Season - September through December $3,000 - $4,000
Mid Season - May through August $3,750 - $4,550
Discounts apply for 60 day or longer stays. There is a $100 cleaning
fee upon departure. All utilities and local telephone service is
included. Condo association application is required.
