Vacation Rental Amenities

Gulf side master suite with king size bed, whirlpool tub, walk in 
shower and large closet. Second bedroom with queen size bed, 
intercoastal view and direct bathroom access. Third bedroom with two 
twin beds and intercoastal view. Livingroom with entertainment 
center and surround sound system. Large Gulf side 
balcony with the best of sunsets. Complete kitchen with every 
amenity and Gulf view. This 3 bedroom beach side condo has every 
thing to make your stay unforgetable. Washer and dryer located in 
the unit. Computer in the third bedroom with dial-up internet 
service.

Activities and Attractions

Disney World, Sea World and Busch Gardens nearby.  Skiing, boating, 
jetskiing, fishing, golfing are just some of the activities within 
arm's reach.  Complex is centrally located in Redington Beach, which 
is midway between Clearwater and St. Pete Beach.  Convenient beach 
trolley runs in front of complex, stopping at many of the fine 
dining and shopping locations.  Less than 30 miles from Tampa 
International Airport and St. Pete/Clearwater Airport. Walk to 
restaurants and boutique shops. Quiet location. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Monthly Rental Only (4 Consecutive Weeks Minimum} Assoc. rules
High Season - January through April $4,000 - $6,000 per month
Low Season - September through December $3,000 - $4,000
Mid Season - May through August $3,750 - $4,550

Discounts apply for 60 day or longer stays. There is a $100 cleaning 
fee upon departure. All utilities and local telephone service is 
included. Condo association application is required.
