Low Season - September through December $3,800 - $4,900
Mid Season - May through August $3,950 - $5,200

Discounts apply for 60 day or longer stays. There is a $100 cleaning
fee upon departure. All utilities, local telephone service and cable WiFi internet is
included. Condo association application and lease are required.
