vacation rental description
2100 square feet, 3 bedroom, 1 bath, large open space living area, dining and kitchen, billards room and laundry room. Two bedrooms have queen size beds, one bedroom king size that can be converted to two extra long twins. have two inflatable beds for extra kids. HDTV, vcr/dvd, cable, wireless internet.
Outside open to huge lawn to the pond which feeds into the Yellowstone River just steps away. Large deck area with hot tub and BBQ and patio with firepit. Lots of tables, chairs and lounge chairs to enjoy the outside. Always have wildlife activity, resident swans, ducks, geese and moose.
This is the downstairs unit of a house. It has easy access, lots of parking. The outside areas are shared with the owner but it has it's own patio and is very private. The view is out to the pond. It has been recently remodeled and has a new kitchen, new flooring and updated bath.

This house is on an acre lot right on the water. You are right in town with all the conviences of minutes from groceries, dining out, recreation but you feel like you are out in the country with the wildlife and privacy.
Resident owner is a local Livingston artist. Painting instruction can be arranged.

In town, just minutes to park, Yellowstone river/ boat access, public pool, lots of shops and great dining, art galleries, movie theater, library, tennis courts, ice skating on pond, horseshoes, bowling, skateboarding and railroad, historical and fishing museums. Live music every weekend, outdoors in summer. Two live theater productions with local talent. Livingston is home to many artists, musicians, actors and writers.
Livingston is 50 miles to Yellowstone National Park, 25 miles to Bozeman. Fishing, hunting, boating, horse back riding and much more. Big 4th of July Rodeo and Parade, late July a three day outdoor music festival.
