First level features a modern kitchen, dining area, breakfast bar, living room with cathedral
ceilings, bedroom w/Cal king bed, and full bath.
Private second level has two bedrooms, with king size and queen size beds and a full bath.
This retreat offers the capability of accommodating up to 6 people. There is also a queen
size sofa
in the living room. Carpeted bedrooms, with tile throughout the rest of the house; each
room has ceiling fans, central A/C and heat. Step outside to a screened porch with a
tranquil view of the canal. The natural light and décor of the home lends it a natural and
tropical ease that invites you to relax.
You have an 80' dock with cement deck surrounded by a tropical setting. In the front, a
carport and plenty of private parking able to accommodate an RV if necessary. This
tropical canal front vacation getaway is so comfortable you’ll never want to leave.

Big Pine Key and the surrounding lower keys are a haven for natural activities as well as a
host of social activities for the whole family. Big Pine Key has all the necessities close by,
restaurants, drug store, grocery store, bait & tackle, hardware; boat, kayak, bicycle, and
video rentals all within a few miles from the house.
Boat in the Atlantic, dive in the incredible reefs of Looe Key, fish in one of nature’s richest
fishing grounds, or explore Bahia Honda State Park and its beautiful beach which ranks
among the top ten in the U.S. Choose the Gulf and spend the day kayaking through the
keys and mangroves of the Great Heron National Wildlife Refuge, fish bonefish or tarpon,
anchor on the shores of any of a dozen secluded keys and snorkel or float the day away.
Bicycle throughout Big Pine, visit Great Heron National Wildlife Refuge hike through its
trails, see up close our tiny Key deer, and do visit the world famous No Name Pub.
In Marathon, over the panoramic and historic seven mile bridge, you can explore Crane
Point Hammock archeological sites, walk through the Museum of Natural History, interact
with dolphins in the Dolphin Research Center, bicycle via the old seven mile bridge to
Historic Pigeon Key and or enjoy exploring the wonderful shops and restaurants of the
island.
Thirty minutes south, you’ll experience the magic and colorful backdrop of the
Southernmost Point in the continental U.S., Key West. This wonderful island, with its
eclectic mix of locals, tourists, and performers will enchant you, and at the end of the day,
you can celebrate it all at Mallory Square in the Sunset Celebration.
Of course, if you so wish, by simply walking out to the deck of this wonderful vacation
home, you can experience and create your very own sunset celebration!
