Blue Heron Villa, luxury waterfront home with heated pool in Rotonda

This luxury villa was bought new by us in 2002 and was the top model home for
the award winning builder Roberts Homes. It has many upgrades and
extras including cathedral ceilings and tiled floors with quality
carpet in the bedrooms. A peaceful, elegant home.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms.
The main master suite has a queen bed, TV and en suite bathroom with
jacuzzi bath and walk in shower with his & hers washbasins.

Second bedroom suite has a king bed, TV and bathroom with walk in
shower. Bedroom three has twin beds and Computer with FREE wireless internet
and access to the bathroom.

Family Areas.
There is a luxurious formal lounge, dining room and a further
informal family room with leather sofas, stereo digital cable TV and video/DVD player. A
central CD/radio/intercom keeps the music coming in every room and
around the pool deck. Telephone / answering machine included.

Catering Facilities.
The kitchen includes everything you could need with GE appliances including
microwave,ceramic top cooker, refrigerator with icemaker and top grade
accessories.Full laundry facilities.
Many restaurants nearby including great fresh fish! Supermarkets 5
minutes away.

Pool Details.
The private, electric heated pool is south facing so the sun is shining all
day. It is in a screened area with extra private bathroom, barbeque,
patio table and chairs and sun loungers. The pool deck looks out
over the lawn and the Rotonda river. Now with our own fishing dock.

Everything you need for a fabulous vacation in the beautiful
Englewood area of South West Florida. Rotonda is a newer community
built around seven fabulous golf courses yet within a few minutes
of the gulf beaches of Englewood, Boca Grande and Manasota Key. Boating marinas and shopping
malls are nearby. There are many great places to eat from casual
dining to fine restaurants. This is a peaceful area and an elegant,
luxury, pool home.

Rotonda is a quiet community on the Gulf Coast and is also a nature
reserve. The river is not connected directly to the gulf so it is a
haven for all sorts of wild life. There are now seven golf courses
within the Rotonda community and many others close by. The home is
15 minutes from the beautiful Manasota Key beaches and even closer
to the marinas from where boats are available to rent.
The theme parks of Orlando are within easy reach and Sarasota,
Venice and Fort Myers are close by.
