This beautiful and comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 2-car garage vacation home is nestled in a quiet, upscale and peaceful area of Port Charlotte, Florida.  In just a few minutes you can be on the golf course, at the mall, the beach, or at the Charlotte Sports Park viewing baseball spring training.

Take a midnight swim if you wish and enjoy the privacy of your own heated pool with lanai, overlooking a wooded area.

Enjoy cooking in your fully equipped kitchen overlooking the pool or BBQ on the lanai.

Sliding glass doors open onto the screened lanai and pool deck where you can relax and eat or lounge by the pool.  (Caution: There is no safety net around the pool, so it is not safe for small children.  An adult who knows how to swim must be present when children of any age are in or near the pool.)  

The master and guest bedrooms have spacious closets and ensuite bathrooms; fully prepared with sumptuous linens and towels.

Only a ten minute drive from Charlotte Harbor, voted one of the 10 best boating/fishing areas in the country, with beach complex, tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, boat ramp, pier, barbecue area, boardwalk, and absolutely fantastic sunsets! Here is the place to see wild dolphins, manatee, heron, and many species of wild birds.

You can hire a boat or take a trip deep sea fishing or sightseeing at Fisherman's Village which is a 15 minute drive away. There are also a variety of restaurants and shops overlooking the Harbor.

Visit Boca Grande, Cabbage Key, Sanibel, Captiva, Cayo Costa, Stump Pass and Englewood Beach.

Also, Tampa Bay Rays spring training grounds is a convenient five minute drive.

Disney Theme Parks are an easy 2-1/2 hours by car.  Naples and Marco Island are located about 90 minutes south; and Marathon Key which heads the Florida Keys is a scenic 3-1/2 hours.

Airports in the vicinity include Fort Myers (RSW) 45 minutes away, Sarasota (SRQ) 45 minutes away, and Tampa (TPA) 1-1/2 hours.

All Rental Rates are in US Dollars:

 $700.00/week for 7 nights) or $100.00/day, during high season.  Minimum 7 days stay.

Required security deposit is 20% of the total rent amount to hold time slot nonrefundable for cancellation (refundable upon satisfactory check-out inspection). Renter is requested to leave their rental home in good order and security deposit will be returned upon final inspection by management upon renter's departure.

 Must add State of Florida & Charlotte County rental tax.

 Pool Heating: ... $50/week $150/month (optional).

 Maintenance/Cleaning fee of $75 apply for rentals.

 For over 4 people, there is an additional $25 per person per day.
