Beautiful waterfront studio is set up like a 1 bedroom with a heavy privacy curtain separating the bedroom area from the living room area. The condo is located on the Bay. There are wonderful water views from the living-room and third floor balcony ( yes we have an elevator).  Watch the boats and Yachts coming in to the yacht club next door!

  The condo has all the amenities of home that are not normally found in vacation rentals.  Two flat screen tv's, dvd player with lots of movies, Karaoke with music, PlayStation 2,  games for the kids, beautiful cherry desk with a new computer and high speed Internet, fishing rods, beach chairs and towels and more.

Heated pool, Gas BBQ Grill, on-site laundry.  The unit has a Queen bed with tv, desk and computer in the bedroom area, separated by a privacy curtain from the living room. 

The living room has a Queen sleeper sofa, reclining massage chair, Flat screen tv with dvd with movies and a large gathering table for dinner and games.

The kitchenette has a fridge, stove top, convection oven, toaster, blender, coffee maker and table.

The bathroom has a small walk-in closet, safe, hairdryer, Iron and makeup mirror.

The Condo is located in the most desirable area of Clearwater Beach (South Beach) It is within walking distance to all the action.  Lots of restaurants to choose from.  Night clubs, beach bars, sports bars, miniature golf, Walgreen's are all on the next street over. The Jolly trolley stop is in front of the condo and will take you on a tour of Clearwater Beach and Sand Key park.  A dog play area is also in Sand Key Park.  Stop off at the Marina for the Pirate ship, speed boats, para-sailing, fishing boats and charters.  Across the street from the marina is Clearwater Beach.  It has a playground, restaurants, ice-cream, fishing Pier and more. 

Clearwater Beach is about 5 blocks away from the condo but there is also beach access the next street over at the hotels.

May through December $700 weekly -$1999 monthly (no monthly rentals June - Aug)

$100 per night (3 day min) all other nights unless noted
