There is also a very nice water park for the kids, Plenty to do locally, why get into the hustle and bustle at Disney World, plus save a lot of money!  Weeki-Wachee Springs and the Weeki-Wachee Water Park.Canoe and Kayak rentals are available at the Weeki - Wachee Park as well as two other locations on the river. The Weeki Wachee River is a state of Florida park. The river is crystal clear and in the low 70's year round. During the winter Manatee swim up the river and are often seen. Wildlife is everywhere along the river. The river is excellent for rafting or inner ''tubing'' down the river.

Weekly - $900  Monthly $2800 per month or $2500 per month for 3 months or more

    Reservation Deposit - $300 Deposit ($200 refundable security fee and $100 cleaning fee due 10 days after booking, in order for the time to be guaranteed. After the renter has checked out, the owners will inspect property and security deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of checkout.

 Rent Due - Payment  to be received 1 month prior to arrival in the form of a money order, personal check or credit card.   3 month rentals - first month's rent due 1 month before arrival, 2nd and 3rd months due at first of preceding month. 

Cancellation - $200 reservation deposit refunded if cancelled 30 days or more out.  If cancelled between 30 and 15 days out, 1/2 deposit refunded ($100).   If  less than 15 days-- if we are able to re-book the time you have reserved, $200  deposit will be refunded, if not forfeit the deposit.   We will aslo refund the $100 cleaning fee upon cancellation.
