1. Regular Season: 1/8 - 5/26/2012, $730/week except below 2.
2. The week of 2/19/2012 and 4/15/2012 are $800/week.
3. High Season: 5/27 - 9/8/2012, $800/week.
4. Low Season: 9/9 - 12/29/2012, $650/week except below 5.
5. Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks are $1000/week.

- The $80 cleaning fee will be waived if staying for 5 or more nights
- $300 Security Deposit is required at the time of booking confirmation
- All balance are due 6 weeks before your arrival.
