Three bed room and three bathroom (with tubs in two of the bathrooms) townhouse located in Winter Park; this townhouse can sleep up to 11 people. 

There are three TV’s with cable.  One in the main living room and two in bedrooms, the bed room without cable has a TV with video hooked up to watch movies, there are games, books and movies provided for your entertainment and it has a full kitchen with full sized appliances.  The kitchen is full stocked with kitchen ware.  

There is a separate dinning room that can seat up to 8 people and there are four bar stools at the counter.  There is a private deck with views of Byers peak and Winter Park Area (no trees blocking the views) and there is a full sized gas grill on the deck as well as chairs and a table to enjoy the view. 

There is a log burning fire place.  The bathrooms have standard height large shower heads so you get a good water flow and do not have to bend over to take a shower.  There is a washer and dryer in the unit so you can do laundry in the comfort of the townhouse.

There are no upstairs or downstairs neighbors as it is a townhouse; so you do not have to deal with unnecessary noise.  The front of the townhouse faces a meadow with private houses.  The back of the town house has full mountain range views from the deck.  This more feels like a home than a rental townhouse.

 It is located right on three bus lines. 

There is an on site clubhouse with three tennis courts, two hot tubs, a pool, a weight room, two racquet ball courts (both have a half court basketball capability), a sauna, wireless internet access and an on site ski shop and rental store. 

There is a massage therapist that can be scheduled on site as well.

There is a major gocery store and shopping on the bus line.

There are many activities to do in Winter Park.  There is  downhill skiing at both Winter Park and Sol Vista Basin, cross county skiing, snow shoeing, ice skating, sledding, snowmobiling, 4 championship golf courses, white water rafting, mountain biking, tour biking, hiking, lake fishing, ice fishing, fly fishing and only a few minutes from historic Grand Lake Village and Rocky Mountain Park.  There is plenty of shopping in Winter Park as well.
