Las olas is a fully equipped luxury 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, private pool beach home that sleeps 8 comfortable or can sleep 10 if  sharing.  Enjoy a 360-degree view of the ocean and state wildlife sanctuary.

Architecturally designed, private pool home with breath taking panoramic views of paradise. Over 4,000 SF of professionally decorated Luxury comfort for your total vacation pleasure. Stylish saturina marble flooring throughout.  The home is oversize with 10 foot high ceilings and 8 Foot High Doors through out.   The bedrooms are very large and over sized.  All mattresses are very comfortable.  This is not your normal stripped down vacation rental.  The owner resides in this home for many months each year and consequently  the home is furnished extensively with all the things you would expect to find in your own home.  There is Wireless Internet provided through out the home.  The television is through Direct TV and offers numerous channels to  choose from.

There are Two   Ocean Kayaks provided for your enjoment.  These are catamaran style Kayaks that offer increased stability.

Full walk around wood decks completely encircle this 3 level Caribbean style beach house with a separate two level crows nest patio lookout deck over 50 feet above the ground for breathtaking uninhibited views. This spacious home is your very own private island paradise. Over 4 miles of palm tree laden private pristine white sandy beaches offering some of the best seashell hunting in the United States await you.

Your rental includes paper towels, toilet paper, and soaps (dish, bath, and laundry).   Also  cooking spices are also provided for your convenience. All you need are casual clothes such as swimsuits which are usually the dress of the day! You will need to bring your own food and drink however don't worry, there are two small restaurants on the island, offering local specialty dishes, including great seafood, if you decide to eat out. There is also a mini-store in case you run out of basic food or other necessities. A couple of mini-boutiques offer hand-painted items and some island clothing.

Pets are allowed at Las Olas but there is a PET FEE.   The Pet fee is required for additional cleaning to make sure there is no pet dander for future guest that may be  allergic to pets.  Las Olas has marble floors through out the house so complete pet hair and dander removeal is possible with additional cleaning.   Pet Fee varies with the # of pets and the type of pets.

We are also required to collect 11%  Florida Tax on all rentals.
