Vacation Rental Description

Come visit our quiet home in the country!  Our 4 bedroom ranch home  
is a completely modern vacation rental with room for the whole  
family and all the comforts of home. 
 
You will be equiped for a self-sufficient vacation since the house  
has a full kitchen with all utensils, and comes complete with all  
bed and bath linens.  The house is surrounded on three sides by open  
fields, so you are assured privacy and a quiet, undisturbed stay.   
Enjoy quiet evenings on the back patio without a neighbor in sight. 
 
As a bonus, our property has over 2000 feet of frontage on the South  
Holston River, one of the premier tailwater trout fisheries in the  
Southeast.  Bring the family or a group of friends and test your  
skill against rainbow and brown trout while enjoying a clean,  
undeveloped river.  If boating is more your style, there is a public  
boat ramp into Boone Lake about 5 minutes from our house. 
 
We are centrally located in the Tri-Cities region of upper east  
Tennessee.  You get the all the benefits of staying in the quiet  
countryside with few neighbors, while still being only a 20-minute  
drive from great dining spots, shopping, historic sightseeing, and  
evening entertainment.

Be assured of a clean and modern home!  The entire interior was  
painted in 2004, with new berber carpet in the bedrooms, wood in the  
living and dining room, and linoleum in the kitchen and den.  The  
fridge and dishwasher are new, and all bedroom furniture is less  
than three years old. 
 
Sorry, we do not allow smoking in the house (outside is fine) and we  
do not allow pets.  These restrictions are for the comfort of future  
guests.

We rent by the weekend or week (inquire for rentals during the week) 
 
- $200 per weekend (Friday and Saturday nights) 
- $550 per week (any 7 consecutive nights) 
- $85 per additional weeknight 
 
 
Special rates for weekends when NASCAR races at Bristol.
