Quiet and  luxurious 1 bedroom, 2 bath suite, located in a friendly and quiet neighborhood setting, just one block from the Yacht harbor and a short 15 minute walk to Seabright beach.  Warm and sunny, the desireable and upscale Seabright area is nestled in the center of Santa Cruz, next to the beautiful Santa Cruz yacht harbor and Seabright state beach. Many restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues are within walking distance. Major attractions such as the Boardwalk, the downtown area, Capitola, and several surfing meccas are less than a 10-minute drive. 

Located on the upper levels of a larger home, the suite is sunny and spacious and enjoys complete privacy and separate access. Two large enclosed decks, one featuring a bbq and the other an outdoor shower and wet bar, offer a quiet place to spend some time relaxing outside. 

Inside, tile floors with radiant heating and wood touches add to the warm and spacious ambiance. The full kitchen features a gas range, refrigerator, microwave and the dining room is adjacent. The main bath has a stunning handcrafted Jacuzzi tub that romantically opens to the living room and fireplace area. Off-street parking is provided as well as complete laundry facilities. 

Our rental policy is as follows:

-2 adults maximum (children considered on an individual basis).

-Must be over 25 years of age

-No smoking, no pets

-Must be considerate of the neighborhood (ie… this is not a party house)
