Vacation Rental Description

3 bedroom/ 2 bath approximately 1800 sq ft of living area resort  
home is beautifully landscaped with Mediterranean style charm. High  
ceilings and numerous French doors give this home a light and airy  
feel. Take your morning latte out to the front patio to watch people  
riding their bikes to the beach, or relax in the rear patio and deck  
for dappled sunlight and plenty of privacy or even take a jacuzzi.  
Large master bedroom opens out onto a Jacuzzi with a private deck  
where you can sunbathe or relax in privacy. The back patio also has  
an outdoor kitchen/barbeque and a large table for gatherings,  
surrounded by flowers in large pots. A walk to the Mission Bay for a  
swim or run is just 3 short blocks away, or take a meandering stroll  
along the bay to the ocean (just a little over a 1/2 mile). No  
smoking is permitted in the house.

Winter Weekly $1350.00, Monthly $3850 includes utilities & gardener. 
Summer $1650 weekly, no summer monthly rental available. 
Minimum stay 4 days-weekly rate charged. 
Additional day rate beyond 7 days Winter $193.00, Summer $210.00 
Christmas & Thanksgiving $1800 weekly 
4 of July $1800 weekly rate
