Vacation Rental Description

This spacious, one bedroom, oceanfront condo is in a small, two-story 
complex situated in a quiet, private setting on the southern end of 
beautiful Cocoa Beach on Florida's Space Coast. You will love the
uncrowded beach away from the main tourist area of Cocoa Beach.

You are just minutes south of Ron Jon Surf Shop, the Cocoa Beach 
Pier, and in a perfect spot to watch rocket and shuttle launches from 
Kennedy Space Center. Orlando International Airport is one hour away 
and it’s an easy drive to Disney World and other Central Florida 
Attractions! 

If you prefer a peaceful, uncrowded, beach experience without 
spending a fortune, this is for you. Watch the turtles nesting on our 
beach from May through September. We can arrange off-shore or flats 
fishing trips with experienced guides or kayak trips in the tranquil 
setting of the Thousand Islands in the Banana River just across the 
street.
