Eagle Lake is the second largest NATURAL Lake in California and its
best kept secret. No Crowds! It covers 22,000 acres with over 100 miles of
shoreline. Located at an elevation of 5,100 feet, it is surrounded by
dense towering evergreen forests of pine and cedars at the south end
and rugged, high elevation desert on the northern most portions. It is
truly a wonder of nature, inspiring artists, sportsmen and positive
human spiritual growth through our interaction with nature and the
natural beauty of our scenic vistas.

Vacation Rental Amenities

2,835 Sq. Ft. – with Guest House, Boat House, Green House, Steel Dock
and Hot Tub. 4,505 sq. ft. Total building area on a private .88 ac.
w/wifi, 4- TV's (42"- flat screen) with all the premium channels, HBO,
SHOWTIME, Etc, DVD's - 2-BBQ's - 2-full kitchens.
Free pick your own homegrown veggies and fruit from the greenhouse,
garden and orchard.


The Eagle Lake Retreat! Featured in Fly Fish America Magazine! Live
the Dream in California....Nature, hunting, fishing, and water sports
– all on your own doorstep. ATV access to a hundred square miles of
FUN! Escape to a neighborhood reminiscent of the 50's and 60's where
common curtsey still lives.

Activities and Attractions

Recreation unlimited! Water sports galore, fishing, tubing, hunting
and whatever else you can dream!

During the winter the bay freezes over and is an exceptional place to
Xcountry ski or snow mobile. Watch out for the Mountain lions! We have
seen as many as 12 Bald Eagles in one setting. Birds of all kinds
habitat here in peace. Cotton Tail rabbits dart around as the Quail
peck about all day long.

Great Brook trout fishing nearby in the Caribou Wilderness.

Vacation Rental Rates

 $3,000.00 per week in advance. 3- Day (minimum stay) $1,500.00, $500
per Day there after. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to
change without notice.

THIS RENTAL IS FURNISHED WITH DISHES, GLASSWARE, FLATWEAR, POTS AND
PANS, COFFEE MAKER & TOASTER. THIS IS A HOUSEKEEPING UNIT. PLEASE
CLEAN AND LEAVE IT AS YOU FOUND IT OR AN ADDITIONAL FEE WILL BE
CHARGED. LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED; BRING ALL YOUR OWN BEDDING TO
INCLUDE TOWELS, WASHCLOTHS & KITCHEN LINENS. (Linens can be provided
for a $150.00 fee.) The owner lives across the street and will be happy 
to help you with any sort of advice or concerns you may have.

A 10% OCCUPANCY TAX LEVIED BY LASSEN COUNTY IS PAYABLE IN ADVANCE.

Full refund honored, minus a $50 cancellation fee, if reservation is
cancelled a minimum of 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made
1-59 days prior to arrival are non-refundable unless we can schedule
new tenants to take over reservation. No refunds for early departures.
(3:00 check-in and 11:00 check-out).
A $225 cleaning fee WILL BE CHARGED AND IS NOT REFUNABLE.
