w/jacuzzi feature, deep water access, boat dockage.  Boat Rental

virtually every room in this fabulous home! 
 
     The First floor consists of a large entertainment room  
featuring a living room with 2 TV's, pool table, huge custom granite  
and oak bar with seating for 12, gourmet kitchen with Viking  
commercial range, Sub Zero refrigerator and ice maker, 6 bedrooms  
and 3 baths.  Step out to the extensive pool area to relax in two  
full patio sets, chaise lounges, swing, hammock, or to cook up your  
fresh catch on the commercial gas barbecue grill.  The deck area  
offers perfect opportunities for watching the dolphins or manatees  
swim by or drop a line right from the dock to catch record size  
Tarpon. 
 
     The Second floor consists of a beautiful custom oak kitchen...a  
chef's dream, featuring a six burner Jenn Air cooktop w/indoor  
grill, double convection ovens, dual Sub Zero refrigerators, wet  
bar, ice maker, and breakfast nook overlooking the ocean.  This  
floor also features a dining room,living room with fireplace and wet  
bar, a family room surrounded by glass and 2 bedrooms both with  
their own private baths. Step out to the large covered balcony  
overlooking the pool area to barbecue or just enjoy the ocean  
breezes. 
 
     Walk up the spiral staircase to the Third floor...a true  
masterpiece in this home! It doesn't get any better than this! The  
third floor is dedicated to a master suite complete with  
living room w/ 60" big screen TV, wet bar w/refrigerator, office,  
his and her master baths...one with jacuzzi tub and the other with a  
huge garden tub and walk-in closets.  Watch the sun rise from the
