Enjoy your ski vacation in our comfortable two-level 1360 square foot Sun River Townhouse.  The unit is located within 10 minutes of the ski area by car or by a free shuttle that stops less than one block away. 

After your winter activities, you can view the ski slopes while relaxing in the condo’s private Wind River Spa or basking in the warm glow of its wood burning stove. The unit’s spacious vaulted ceilings, windows, and glass doors opening to four decks provide spectacular views of Winter Park Resort, the Continental Divide, and Byers Peak. On the lower level, the floor plan is ideal; the two bedrooms and baths, which are in separate wings, afford privacy. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, private bath and TV, while the second bedroom has 3 twin beds and access to the main bath. On the upper level, there is a queen sofa sleeper.

 The expansive, great room concept on the upper level combines living and dining with a kitchen layout that makes serving food at the breakfast bar or dining room a pleasure. The fully-equipped kitchen as well as the washer and dryer add to the unit's convenience. For your entertainment, the living room has a new 47" wide screen TV, DVD, and iPod player.  The unit’s fully-equipped kitchen as well as a washer and dryer add to the unit's convenience as does its location near a Safeway with a Starbucks, a locally owned coffee shop, and several restaurants. If you need to bring your laptop, wireless broadband is also available.

 Sun River is a 12-unit complex providing both quiet and convenience located along the Fraser River and Fraser River Trail with panoramic views of the mountains.  In the charming town of Fraser, the townhouse grants you access to an array of winter activities, including the nearby tubing hill, a new skating rink, cross country skiing, and snowmobiling. A new recreation center with exercise facilities, climbing wall, and an indoor pool as well as a post office and library are minutes away. The condo is 10 minutes from the ski area by car or free shuttle.

The new Wind River Spa on our deck has a lounge seat for a full body jet massage as well as bench and bucket seats.  The kitchen is equipped with a crock pot, coffee maker, toaster, new appliances, new stainless flatware, new frying pans, utensils, and other bakeware. We also supply firewood, laundry detergent, bath wash and soap, and paper products including: facial tissue and toilette paper. An iPod clock radio allows guests to enjoy their favorite music for their entire vacation. For your enjoyment, there are also games, puzzles, and videos. The master and main baths have separate vanity areas for privacy. The master bedroom has a cozy reading area as well. Other amenities include: hair dryer, wood burning stove,  2 TVs, cable, new allergy free comforters, towels, designer linens, and down comforters.

Winter Park Ski Resort, is a world class resort and Colorado’s favorite.  Its five ski areas, Winter Park, Mary Jane, Vasquez Cirque, Vasquez Ridge, and Parsenn Bowl, are interconnected by trails and lifts, and satisfy all ability levels.  It is an affordable family resort with a wonderful Ski School, where learners can actually practice on their own mountain in Discovery Park.  There are also award winning parks to challenge snowboarders. The uphill lift capacity of 36,900 per hour ensures less time in line and more time on the slopes.  When you are not on the slopes, you can dine or shop in the newly developed Village at Winter Park for the total ski experience
