Large, 5th floor, 3 bedroom/3 bathroom, direct oceanfront unit- 1900 Square Feet- a real gem!

Enjoy sunrise and sunset from this 5th floor unit directly on the ocean for sunrise with the West balcony overlooking the Indian River Lagoon. We have 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, sleeps 9 people in beds, and have a single rollaway bed in addition to the pull out couch. Two suites! Master has an attached bath with a shower. Queen room has a bath/shower combo attached. Floor to ceiling windows in the master bedroom offer a stunning view of the ocean, our favorite seat in the condo is in front of those windows.

The complex is only 20 units with pool, hot tub and tennis court. Across the street is Mary Bethune Park with a basketball court, tennis court, playground, sand volleyball pit and picnic tables overlooking the Indian River Lagoon. Canaveral National Seashore is within walking distance.
