The condo features a 42" plasma HDTV, DVD (nearest Redbox 3.2 miles) and high speed wireless internet access. A few big bonuses are the hotel safe (can store a laptop), washer-dryer, completely loaded kitchen for cooking and dining for 6, outdoor electric grill, and dining table with seating for 4-6. The bed linens are 450 thread counts (white or ivory) and the towels are plush egyptian cotton. Both bedrooms feature plush new queen beds/mattresses, adjoining bathrooms and large walk-in closets. Bedrooms are at opposite ends of the unit for privacy. The living room contains a queen sofabed. There is no clutter, fake plants, or carpet (which lessens the allergen load). You'll enjoy morning walks along the beautifully manicured grounds. Three minute walk from door to heated pool. Also present is 24 hour security that patrols the area and excellent lighting of the lot and walkways at night. Keyless entry with controlled access. Your comfort and safety is a top priority.

Fees: Please add tax 12% (FL state sales tax & Pinellas county tourist tax) and departure cleaning fee $85;

Condo assoc fees may be covered by owner- depending on season and length of stay.


*Security (loss/damage) deposit of $200 (check, Paypal, credit card) is due 30 days prior to rental day- this will be refunded within 1-7 days after departure day if there is no loss/damage. Returning it in the same condition (with nothing broken or missing or excessively dirty) will ensure full refund of the deposit. Security deposits are not actually processed without first informing guests of the charges. If a deposit is submitted by check, the same check will be returned after cleaning of the unit. If submitted by credit card the pre-authorization will be lifted.

*Half deposit is required to hold the reservation date. This reservation deposit is applied to the total cost of the rental. It is refundable only with cancellation request in writing 60 days prior to start date. Cancellation less than 60 days results in forfeit of deposit. Travel insurance is advised if cancellation is an issue.

*Full payment is due 30 days prior to 1st rental day.
