miles of beautiful shoreline offered by Boone Lake.  Home has mixed  
hickory hardwood floors, granite kitchen and baths, beautiful  
furniture and flat panel TV, stainless steel appliances,  
breathtaking views and only 10 minutes from Bristol Motor Speedway.   
The property sits tucked away in a cove so the kids can enjoy  
swimming in the lake without fear of boat traffic off the main  
channels.  This property is truly a wonderfully relaxing getaway!!

Activities and Attractions

Boating and fishing are right out your back door.  Bristol and the  
Bristol Motor Speedway are 10 minutes away, Johnson City is only 10  
minutes away and offers dining, clubs, shopping and everything else  
you would enjoy on the town.  Historic Abingdon, VA is a short 35  
minute drive, Boone, NC and Asheville, NC (Biltmore Estate)are within 
an hours drive.  You are within 1 hour of three different ski resorts, 
1 hour to the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area, and 15 minutes from 
historic  Jonesborough, TN.  There's plenty to go out and be active 
with, or just sit,  
relax, and forget about the day!!

Winter (November 1-End of February -- $750/wk 
All other months -- $1000/wk 
 
*Race Week Pricing:  Spring Race:  $1500/week or $300/night with 3 
night minimun.  Fall Race:  $2000/week or $500/night with 3 night minimun 
 
**Daily rates available at $200/night with 2 night minimun 
 
***$300 security deposit required.  Deposit is fully refundable less  
a $75 cleaning fee
