There is a $15 registration fee to The Summit for parking pass and
security wristbands ($30 during Spring Break). Requires $150
refundable deposit to reserve ($500 for Spring Break).
Primary renter must be 25 years of age and occupy the condo. 

Summit does not allow pets
No Smoking (deposit can be forfeited)
There is a $150.00 security deposit due immediately upon booking
unit. Returned after the stay and no damage to the condo. Spring
Break requires higher deposit of $400.00
Cancellations 46 days or more prior to travel will receive a full
refund.
Cancellations 31-45 days will receive a full refund less the $150-
$500 deposit ($150-$500 charge).
Cancellations 30 days or less prior to travel will receive no refund
unless we can rent unit,at which time a refund less $150-$500 will be
returned.
