Cute, cute, cute and comfy too!  Book your summer trip early, we are filling up!  We built this cabin in 2010 and it is still our most popular cabin.  It is beautiful and comfortable for 4 to 5 people and has all the comforts of home.  Most people tell me that they don't want to leave because they are so relaxed.  The deck looks over a beautiful mountain ridge, yet it is only 3 miles from ASU and downtown Boone.  Located on a quiet neighborhood street this cabin sits above the street level so don't forget to look up when you are driving by.  I can't say enough about this adorable cabin except I would love to vacation in it and I know you will love it too.  Both bedroom are heated with electric logs and the only difference between the bedrooms is that one has a large tub/shower and the other has a walk in shower.  There are gas logs in the living room which will keep you warm and toasty. 

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and has all new appliances.

Just installed new WiFi as of May 2013, fast and easy.  We also provide the following amenities:   All linens, some toiletries, paper products, dish soap, coffee maker, ice maker, washer and dryer, microwave, fully equipped kitchen, dishes, glasses, pots and pans. 

Living room has a gas fireplace on the wall and both bedrooms have electric fireplaces.  Every room has a color tv with cable. 

The best amenity is location because you are only minutes from most of the activies you came to Boone to do.

You are right around the corner from ASU and downtown Boone where you can go antiquing, visit the Mast Store, or enjoy many of the fine restaurants.  You are also close to hiking trails and Tweetsie Railroad Amusement Park is only a few minutes away as well.

The cabin is really convertable not so far away from the city and only 15 minutes to snow tubing hawkness defenitely i will came back. we really enjoyed it. thank you so much.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, sight seeing

Perfect for all seasons - We did Winter

WOW! The cabin was perfect. There was 3 of us (our son is 7yrs old). Andrea definItely had little added touches. It was decorated for Christmas so you still felt the spirit. The beds were very comfortable after a day of skiing. The house stay cozy warm when it was 25 out. Everything you needed was there. The washer and dryer were helpful so when we departed all of our laundry was clean traveling. 20 mins from Sugar Mountain. Great restaurants around. Though we did eat breakfast and dinner in. You really felt like you were at home. The small essentials were there upon arrival so you didn't have to scramble to the store. There were plenty of towels and sheets if you needed. Extra blankets and pillows. We left essentials behind for the next person. Thank you Andrea for making our Christmas ski vacation a memorable one. We would MOST definitely use your services again ANY DAY over a hotel! I am a travel agent of 28 years and a picky traveler. IVery impressed with Andre and how she handles the whole transaction. People before in reviews mentioned its small the cabin,. it is but still perfect for a family of 4.

Cute cabin with some flaws

Advertised as having wi-fi; however, wi-fi would only consistently come in if you were outside on the deck. If advertised as wi-fi, it should be available throughout the cabin, especially since the cabin wasn't very big. If this is important to you, better bring your own hotspot.

Faucet in jacuzzi tub leaked and it would leak onto the floor.

I would think that these items would be checked out prior to someone renting the unit.

Unit itself was cozy and comfortable.

Location was good!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, sight seeing

Owners response: We responded to the leaking faucet complaint immediately and found and insignificant amount of water coming out of the Jacuzzi faucet only when filling the tub and it has been repaired. The WiFi has been replaced with a very fast and reliable system.

We strive to ensure all of our guests have a great time so we were very surprised at this review since we did not charge them for the extra guests and tended to their requests no matter how unreasonable immediately.
