vacation rental description
Calm and peace surrounds this cabin snuggled in the woods yet it is only 1/10th mile off of the highway (105). This cabin is 2 separate rental units on the 1st and 2nd floor. Rent the entire 1st floor with a large room, master bedroom, dining room off the kitchen, and a huge living room with a big screen color TV, and a 2nd bedroom and full bath. We provide cable TV with a VCR and DVD player and a video library, and WiFi.
The 1st floor has 1150 sq ft of living space, tounge and groove walls, private deck and entrance, Weber charcoal grill, and queen pillow top in the master, queen sofa bed, and a 2nd bedroom with a full bed and full bath.
I lived on the 1st floor for 10 years and the 2nd floor for 6 years and both floors have their appeal. Downstairs is cool and quiet and upstairs has more light and open space. Currently the 2nd floor is being rented full time to a single lady who is very quiet. My husband and I manage these properties ourselves so we are able to pass the savings on to you.

We provide more amenities than a lot of cabins because we want to offer a great product for a great price and have you return to us.
We provide the following amenities:
all linens, some toiletries, fully equipped kitchen, paper products.
dish soap and dishwasher soap, covered parking, a video library with DVD's and VCR's.
Weber charcoal grill on the downstairs deck and a Weber gas grill on the upstairs deck.
Both kitchens have a diswasher, icemaker as well as all of the other appliances, toaster oven, coffee maker, electric can opener, and a microwave oven.
The main amenity is the location...only 5 minutes from Boone and 10 minutes from the ski areas.
activities and attractions in Boone Blue Ridge Mountains
Nearby are Foscoe Gem Mine, and Family Billiards, 5 minutes drive are Mast General Store, Boone, Valle Crucis Park. About 10-20 minutes you can be at the slopes of any of 4 different ski areas...Hawksnest Tubing, Sugar, Beech, and Appalachian Ski. Also, Grandfather Mountain can be seen from the highway in front of the cabin and is only a 15 minutes drive, with a plethora of hiking trails nearby.
